Mentoring the NEXT Generation

pROJECT PIPELINE SUMMER CAMP
WE ARE GOING VIRTUAL AND REGIONAL IN 2021!

how it works

The Project Pipeline Architecture Summer Camp is a 5 Day camp for youth age 11 – 17. The camp is designed to expose youth to the built environment and architecture profession. As one of the few initiatives in the nation connecting youth and architecture, Youth are introduced to the essential elements of architecture and work both individually and collaboratively to address community-focused issues through creativity and design innovation with a real project site. The camp was created to Equip, Empower and Educate Youth through architectural design and engineering techniques. Students will about sketching, Diagraming, technical drawing, and model making.

Like last year, The Project Pipeline Architecture Summer Camp will be virtual only for both the safety of out mentors and our students. Students will be paired in groups and have a mentor to learn and complete tasks to create a comprehensive architectural design project.

2020 PROJECT PIPELINE Architecture Summer Camp - Online
July 27 - Aug 3, 2020

This year, for summer 2020, NOMA has developed a series of 20 NOMA Project Pipeline camps at several locations nationally.  NOMA members and friends are part of a long tradition of reaching back - sharing our skills to reveal  powerful community visions. We know that making these aspirations real depends on our children. The SFNOMA Project Pipeline Architecture Camp is a 5-day summer camp for middle school students interested in architecture and design.  Hosted on a college campus, the experience is truly  inspiring.
